    Reversal pattern

    1. The pattern range broken
    2. Reduced growth in an uptrend, or a greater low in a downtrend.
    3. Crack below the best low in an uptrend, or above the past great in a downtrend
At factor 3 the change is verified and every person's sibling is getting brief.
A quit run often follows to re-test the transmission at factor 3.
Quicker investors may get brief on the X, or even nearer to the 2 depending on other signs (divergence, Fibonacci retracement, Bollinger group contact, etc.)

    Nice sharing....
Fibonacci is one of tools that can be used to know the market still run on or reverse....
it's used on which time frame that can be valid?

Sometimes we need confirmation before entering the reversal pattern, for example, there are bullish engilfing, we can entry when the price correction first and do not go down when the open price on a new candle, because maybe we can floating loss in this case when it entered the market and maybe some traders need to know it so that not a lot of floating loss

Reversal patterns surely requires the third point which you have mentioned which is : "3. Crack below the best low in an uptrend, or above the past great in a downtrend"

This is must otherwise it is not a reversal pattern and also at least 28% of fibo must be broken clearly.

Personally i believe that this is one of the riskiest trading style. At least you need to know whether the market have a high chance for the return since the data only move the market for a certain moment or no. if the market being moved by a big data then you won't be able to use this strategy at all.

I use MACD indicator when finding reversal which is also called divergence in forex trading price action terminology. And yes, i also look out for pin bars and otehr candlestick formation for reversal especially if they are near support and resistance areas.

yes i guess the use of the upper lower customs indy should help with the more precise signals to work the option. with the converge confirmation with the value with the level i guess the use of macos indy should work to return good signals.

I agree with you. Reversal pattern technique similar to the counter trend technique. We have to fight the current trend with the prediction that the price has been oversold/overbold through analysis of a pattern. It is a high-risk way if the trend continues.

For aggresive trade usually enter the order when seeing the reversal pattern, but a conservative trader will wait and need for a confirmation. With the reversal pattern on our hand then we can enter the order at the earlier trend, because it just changed few moment ago.
