Arrow What is bid and ask in the trading ?

i think when looking to take the trade on a forex pair the trade will be quoted two price. these price are known as the Bid and Ask, The Bid price is the current price in the market to buy this pair and this is same price that broker is offering you buy this pair and the ask price is current price on offer to sell this pair form the market.

The distribute is the distinction between the bid cost and the ask the cost. The purpose for this is easy. For an inventory to be exchanged, there has to be a "market" for it.

I agree with you, and this is one of the most important topics in here in the forum because they learn any new first roads and concepts that should be known to determine the points will be open through orders and how many points spread in each pair and we must provide these threads educational and business sectionEducation

Certainly the bid price is the current market price while the ask price is the value of the bid price plus the spread. The difference between the bid price and asking price is actually known as the spread for each currency pair

Usually Forex brokers do not charge any other commission apart form spreads. The spread is the difference between the bid and ask price. Roboforex charges a very low spreads on all the pairs which provide great trading conditions to ensure the success of its traders.

the bid and ask price are the difference between the real price in the market and the price that your broker will buy or sell it for you;so it is the real price added to the broker spreasd

bid and ask prices usually appear when we will conduct an open order. so the bid and ask price will be the price point that we open when we open a BUY or SELL. variances in the bid and ask spread is due, so the formula is essentially the bid - ask = spread. bid is usually the lowest price, while the ask price is higher than the bid. so it's like it's like going on a bargain like the transaction in general

If you are creating position in EURUSD currency pair ( the current market price is 1.3700).
Their are different type of brokers who allow to create either long or short position with some spread or by charging some brokerage with out any spread between bid and ask price.
The first price is bid price 9 this is the buyer want to buy and the selling price is the ask price.

So it is differ from broker to broker some has 2pip spread some has 3 pip etc.
