Question 3. How to determine the price of the asset?

The price of any asset which is freely traded on the stock market and the OTC securities market is determined by agreement of market participants about the cost. For example, everyone wants to buy the stock and shred of participants only wants to sell their shares. In this case, the asset price will tend to increase, because each subsequent transaction will be at a higher price - buyers compete for sellers, sellers get a better (higher) price.

Similarly, on a market where buyers are in short supply, the price will go down, the sellers compete for buyers, buyers get a better (lower) price.

This is very good topics for learning forex, I find it very helpful. I think it would be better if it would be described with example for our easy understanding. Basically forex is hard for the newbie like me, So I am trying to learn forex properly by reading and practicing with demo. I think demo more fruitful to learn forex trade practically but some options like Expert Adviser, Analysis, market movement seems to hard to understand.

The price of any asset is determined by it's supply and demand. These supply and demand depends on the asset's possible outcome in near future. In forex, when there is strong indication that a country's economy is improving then it's currency's demand increases so it's price increases too. On the other hand, for opposite outlook, demand decreases relative to supply and price falls.

It's the main working mechanism of each market. When there is more demand in market( that may be due to fresh new demand or supply shortage) price will increase because sellers are in good condition to negotiate and when there is more supply( which can be due to new supply or demand reduction) price will decrease. For understanding possible price,it's important to know supply and demand.

Is determined by the price of the currency on the basis of supply and demand If the currency is in great demand, the price rises and everyone starts to buy the currency in either case to be the currency by a large display meaning that everyone wants to get rid which owns it here exposed for sale dramatically, which works on the descent This currency versus other currencies, and there are a lot of factors that affect the movement of currencies in the forex market, including the issuance News
