I want both, demo and real to be removed.

You can make your accounts inactive in your Members Area by following the link: https://my.roboforex.com/de/trading-account/accounts/ Find the "Active" column and change the status of the account you need from "yes" to "no".
In case you mean the whole members area, please send request via ticket form members area https://my.roboforex.com/de/help/add-a-ticket/
