    Rules of the post publishing in:

    When you post a question related to the quality of order execution, you must supply the following information:
    • The number of real account.
    • The number of order (orders) that are the subject matter.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • The number of the ticket, sent to the dealing department.


    In describing the situation, do not use expressions in subjunctive mood. Communication within the thread is constructed as a dialogue due to the specifically given topic, by the "Question - Answer" scheme. Intervention of third parties in a dialogue prohibited until a decision.

    The answer within the forum from a Company representative is advisory in nature, and contains information about how it should be, according to the rules of the Company.
    The official response and the final decision on this issue you can get from the dealing department in the client area via ticket system.

    hi i have account of copyfx, now i have 2 subscribers, can i check their account details?? balance and ewquity etc? because i want to save their capital as well with own trade

    Information about investors account are not available for Trader. You can write your proposition for what reason you need this kind of information to CopyFX department through ticket in members area https://my.roboforex.com/en/help/add-a-ticket/
    Also, you can communicate with your investors in your own thread on forum https://forum.roboforex.com/threads/...uqir-(2984176)
    As for security investors funds, please note, when subscribing to Trader’s offer, Investor can choose between different 5 copy modes:
    - test type of subscription (transactions are copied in the volume of 0.01 lot*)
    - standard type (transactions are copied in the full volume).
    - flexible and risky (transactions from the Trader’s account are copied to your account in some particular percentage ratio to their real volume.)
    - proportional (transactions from the Trader's account are copied in the amount, which is automatically defined by the system based on the ratio between the funds on your and the Trader's accounts at the moment the transaction is performed.)
