    The answer within the forum from a Company representative is advisory in nature, and contains information about how it should be, according to the rules of the Company.
    The official response and the final decision on this issue you can get from the dealing department in the client area via ticket system.

    i have attached with my profile account. today is 8th July 2014 still not get payment. i have chatted with roboforex online supporter. "he says this account is not fit for the forum account. for this is reason you not paid this month." so now i need to change my account. but there is no way add new account.

    would help me about that ?

    my another question "747585" account allow for add ?
