I am a contestants in this competition. Yesterday I bought 1000 shares in Groupon at 4.33 a share. Today my loss is $60 on shares moving against me. but swap is $ 250 which is a charge of 8% of a price of 1000 shares Today the shares must move 11% in my favour just to break even. With overnight rate of interest of 8% how can anybody make money.Thank you for your answer.

Thanks for your feedback.
As you see, we provide a good intraday trading conditions: tight spreads and no commission, but current overnight charges are quite high. We receive this swap rates from our liquidity provider, I think it will be amended shortly and overnight rates will be decreased.
You can track swap rates in contract specification for particular symbol. In cTrader platform, Contract specifications are available in "Market Watch" window by clicking on "i" near the chosen instrument.
Please note, overnight charges for 1000 US shares are USD 250, not USD 310. I suppose USD 310 is a total net PL = swap rate + unrealized PnL

Thank you for your fast response. The swap rates at present make it impossible to trade profitable.I am trading CFD on stocks on another platform live. Just for example my trade on Vodaphone 10 CFD from June last year till today swap is 0.38 euro for Eight month not daily. I will buy 10 VOD CFD now on your and other platform and compare which one is better value after a week. But your platform is very good.
