Well the strength of a countries currency can be determined by some factors such as fundamental factors which entails, the economical value of a currency and the strength of its external and internal trades and government policies which might either favour the market or not. And finally we have the hedge fund managers who placing orders to reduce risk exposures of the foreign investments.

There are many economic and non- economic factors which change the market and the market sometimes change very fast. Proper planing and practice is required by us in order to maximize the profits and minimize the loss, stop loss as well as take profit must be used for controlling the risk in a trade.

Bond value of a country determine the value of currency of any country. Again we have to understand how bond value is calculated. It is depend upon many factors like the current account deficit, inflation of country, GDP rate, other results like agriculture, mines, auto sector, banks and political situation of a country. After analyse all those money get evaluated and declared by the central bank of the country.

the value of each currency determined by the economic strength of the country or by the decisions or plans taken by the country, each country take some decisions to keep its currency in certain level as this will let her to get some benefits from these decisions, also if the economic of the country is good her currency will be strong and will rise and its value will increase.
